The board designer allows anyone to confidently create an artistic design without worrying about complicated software. It can handle elaborate client designs and provides us with a detailed map of your concept prior to the final proof. We can replicate truly anything on a board, but our graphics team may make slight alterations for your design to fit a physical board. We will also verify your desired photo is of a high enough resolution.
Boards are priced and largely by how many elements and colors they include. After designing the board, make sure all of the desired specifications are selected in the drop-down menus on the right so the final price is accurate. We will also review orders and notify of any price differences.

Each style of custom board has a base price that extra options can be added to:

After placing a photo custom order, we draft a digital proof for your approval.
After giving approval and the full payment is received, we will produce the board and ship it within 2-3 weeks. Rush delivery is a premium option, quality takes time, and we have high standards for our art. Remakes are sometimes inevitable and may slow process down slightly.
1 or 2 basic alterations may be made to initial digital design proof, but more design time may incur higher prices.
Premium Design additions like two-tone rails, double-sided boards, or parallel stringer lines cost extra.

Mist with ammonia and buff with a microfiber cloth to clean.
Extra fin mounting decal in case of accidental removal from bottom of board. Covers the mounting hole and guides fin placement.
Use to prevent rotation when board is mounted on a stand spike. Carefully use the stand spike to feed the "gum," piece by piece into the mounting hole covered by the black droplet on the board tail.
Fin: Peel red plastic away from black adhesive. Align fin's long side to front and press adhesive side firmly onto front end of black droplet.

Standard Orders and Digital Design Proofs require 2 - 5 business days to process and prepare.
Basic Custom Text boards require 1 week for processing after design approval and full payment.
Handmade craftsmanship takes time, thank you for your patience.

Because of the nature of personalized or custom orders, we cannot accept returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Conditions of Exchange
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs of merchandise for exchange. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. To offset the cost of return shipping, we will include an equivalent amount of merchandise.
