Juggling is as old as the hieroglyphics in the Pyramids and can help cross train any sport with drills.
- 3 Balloons filled with lentils and extra cut balloon layers stretched over.
- 3 Tennis balls with 7 pennies inserted in each. Stretch balloons over exterior.
- 3 Lacrosse balls for beginner bounce tricks far away from anything breakable.
The best introductory toy for learning balance and a surfing style of tricks. Use extreme care and always practice with tables for support and safety.
The gateway prop for all other balancing skills: unicycle, tightrope, stilts, and walking globe.

Originating in the Chinese circus, a fast moving center stick is manipulated with two hand sticks. The prop that started Nonsense’s passion for performance at a young age.
- Dowels (2 sizes)

Wrap the thicker center dowel diagonally with bike tube rubber. Keep tight and overlap and staple both ends well. Attach extra bunches of rubber on the ends for weight and balance. Mark the center balance point with colorful tape.
A form of juggling that uses seemingly impossible balance to roll an object around the entire body. Often thought to be a magic trick.
This is a more advanced discipline, but completely learnable. Practice and a positive attitude are the key to mastery.

Instructions on how to shape, detail and laminate your own foam mini board. 2 rough blanks are included in the Art Response Kit, but any cleaned styrofoam can be repurposed in a pinch.
